Der Apple iTunes Store muß nicht geschlossen werden, denn der Copyright Royalty Board (CRB) lehnte eine Erhöhung der Urheberrechtsabgabe von 9 auf 15 Cent ab pro geladenem Song. Diese Entscheidung fiel am vergangenen Donnerstag (2.10) in New York wie Fortune auf money.cnn.com schreibt. Im Vorfeld sah Apple das Verwertungsmodell von iTunes bedroht.
